Hi photographers!
I just went for a walk downtown, here in Montreal, and I did some shots of the current exhibit “Intersection articulée” at Place des Arts.
Several 10 000 Watts spolights which look like giant light sabers… Definitely not economical, probably not healthy for the planet but you can still make some good pictures of it… It takes place till November 6th.
I also took the opportunity to do few shots in the subway.
Equipment:
Canon EOS 7D camera and Sigma 10-20mm lens.
Tips: No tripod, so for some pictures I used a traffic cone to stabelize the shot (from 1/40s to 4s). Find whatever you can to put your camera on, when you can…
There is some positioning techniques to move less when you take a photo. I will find something about it and put it in the How section.
Update: How To Hold Your Camera here it is!
Cheers!
